About me

I am a Clinical Dietitian, Hormone, Gut and Weight Management Expert who believes that enjoying delicious food can go hand in hand with achieving optimal health. I founded Holistic Living with a mission to empower people to make healthy eating a natural, enjoyable part of their lives.

With a Gold Medal in M.Sc. Organic Chemistry and a B.Ed. from Banasthali Vidyapeeth, Rajasthan, I possess a deep understanding of Human Anatomy, Physiology, and the role of Chemicals and Medicines in the body. However, driven by my passion for food and nutrition, I pursued and completed an International Diploma in Dietetics, Health, and Nutrition from VLCC Institute, Bangalore.
